​Before anything else, I want to say something about why we keep making this newsletter. It would be easy to send a product update email and call it done. But that's not what this is. This is our way of making sure you, our dealer partners, feel genuinely connected to what's happening across the business, not just in your region, but globally. You're not just resellers. You're the reason our technology ends up where it matters, on real machines, in real operations, solving real problems. You deserve more than a product sheet. 

 

That brings me to the continued growth of our dealer network. Welcoming Loadrite Mountain States, covering Colorado, Utah, and Arizona. Led by Tony Gianni, Loadrite Mountain States is a valuable addition to our dealer network, strengthening our presence and customer support across the region. More on Tony and the team inside.

We’ve also been supporting our dealers at events around the world, from Hillhead in the UK to Expo Cobre in Lima, Peru. The conversations at these events reinforce why this work matters: operators everywhere are looking for better ways to understand and improve their operations, and we are increasingly well placed to help them do exactly that.
